
Overwatch 2 November Update: Major Doomfist Buffs and Hero Balance Changes
The November 12 Overwatch 2 patch introduces significant hero adjustments and brings back classic Overwatch elements. Here are the key changes:
Classic Overwatch Mode Features:
- No hero limits
- Original hero abilities
- Return of 2CP maps (Hanamura and Volskaya Industries)
Hero Balance Changes:
Doomfist Buffs:
- Wall slam angle increased (44° to 55°) for easier execution
- Meteor Strike ultimate cost reduced by 8%
- Aerial healing during Meteor Strike increased (75 to 90 HP/s)
Tank Changes:
- Junker Queen: Reduced Jagged Blade size and wound healing
- Mauga: Faster Overrun cooldown and increased movement speed
DPS Adjustments:
- Hanzo: Faster charge time and Dragonstrike now damages structures
- Junkrat: Increased Concussion Mine cooldown
- Reaper: Reduced lifesteal
- Tracer: Shorter Recall cooldown
Support Updates:
- Ana: Increased Biotic Rifle damage/healing
- Juno: Higher Orbital Ray ultimate cost
- Kiriko: Reduced cooldowns and faster Kunai recovery
- Lifeweaver: Improved Lifegrip and Tree of Life
- Moira: Enhanced self-healing
Additional Updates:
- Map bug fixes on Circuit Royale and Petra
- Hero-specific bug fixes for Ana, Ramattra, and Zarya
