Lethal Company is currently only available on PC through Steam, where it has been in Early Access since October 23rd, 2023. The game requires minimal PC specifications, including:
- CPU: Intel Core i5 7400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
- GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 or AMD R9 270X
- OS: Windows

Graphics and Performance:
- No built-in graphics settings beyond display mode and framerate cap
- Intentionally uses low-poly graphics similar to N64/PS1 era games
- HDlethalcompany mod available for enhanced resolution via Thunderstore
Mac Compatibility:
- Only playable on Intel-based Macs (pre-2020) using Boot Camp Assistant
- Not compatible with Apple Silicon Macs (post-2020)
Console Availability:
- Not currently available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, or Nintendo Switch
- Has controller support on PC, though button labeling may be inconsistent
- No official mobile version for iOS or Android
