Following Patch 14.24, Viktor has emerged as a dominant force in both mid and bot lanes in League of Legends. In mid lane, he currently holds the sixth-highest win rate at 52.03%, but his performance in bot lane is even more impressive with a leading 53.73% win rate across all ranks.

The recent patch brought significant changes to Viktor's abilities, with the most notable update affecting his ultimate ability. Once players evolve all other abilities, his ultimate now grows in both size and duration. This enhancement makes Viktor particularly potent when ahead in the game, especially in mid and bottom lane positions.
While Viktor's current performance is strong, his win rates aren't at levels that would typically trigger immediate balance changes from Riot Games. With Season 2024 beginning on January 6, the meta will likely shift again, potentially affecting Viktor's dominance in both roles.
