League of Legends Wildlife and Creatures of Shurima
Rell is a powerful ferromancer and former Black Rose Academy student who now fights against Noxus. Born to a military father and noble mother, her rare ability to control metal led to her enrollment in the secretive Roseguard Academy run by the Black Rose organization.
During her training, Rell discovered the academy was conducting horrific experiments on students, turning them into mindless "Null" beings by extracting their magic to create sigils that enhanced her own powers. Upon learning her mother was the headmistress behind these atrocities, Rell violently escaped at age 16, destroying the academy and freeing as many students as possible.
Now a fugitive, Rell rides across Noxus on a magical metal steed she creates with her ferromancy. She hunts down Black Rose members while searching for and protecting surviving academy students, particularly the Null. Her abilities include:
- Ferromancy (metal manipulation)
- Creating metal constructs like her steed and armor
- Enhanced magic through branded sigils
- Expert combat and lance skills
Despite her young age, Rell is a formidable opponent who can tear down buildings and crush enemies with their own armor. While aggressive and distrustful due to her trauma, she remains dedicated to defending the innocent and bringing down those who betrayed her.
The Black Rose originally trained Rell as a weapon against Mordekaiser, though she remains unaware of this purpose. She continues to evade capture while waging her personal war against Noxus, driven by vengeance and a desire to protect others from suffering as she did.
