Break the Mold (Innate) Rell's basic attacks deal 8-16 bonus magic damage and reduce target's armor and magic resistance by 10% for 4 seconds. The duration refreshes on subsequent hits and spreads to nearby affected enemies. Rell gains bonus armor and magic resistance equal to the resistances reduced from affected enemies.
Minimum reduction: 5-12 (based on level) for champions, 0.5/1.25/2 for minions.

Shattering Strike
- Destroys enemy shields and deals magic damage in target direction
- Damage reduced by 50% beyond first enemy hit
- First enemy hit receives Break the Mold effect
- Heals Rell and tethered ally for each champion hit

- Passive: While mounted, gains 5-15% movement speed (reduced when damaged)
- Active: Leaps to location, gaining a shield
- Deals magic damage and knocks up enemies for 1 second
- Slides additional 300 units after landing

- Passive: While dismounted, gains 10% bonus resistances but reduced movement speed
- Active: Mounts up, gaining 15% movement speed for 3.5 seconds
- Empowers next attack to stun target for 1 second and fling them 150 units
- Can only be cast while dismounted

Attract and Repel
- Passive: Forms tether with ally, sharing 10% of Rell's resistances
- Active: Binds to nearest allied champion
- Recast: Deals magic damage and stuns enemies between tethered champions for 0.5 seconds
- Can self-target to break tether under specific conditions

Key Interactions:
- Break the Mold doesn't affect structures
- Rell respawns mounted
- Tether remains visible to all units
- Death breaks tether immediately
- Cannot use Self-Cast hotkey for tether mechanics
