Blood Well is Aatrox's unique passive ability that fills through his abilities and drains while out of combat. When filled, he enters a Hellbent state for 4 seconds, gaining increased base AD and attack speed. If fatally wounded, he revives with 30% max health.

Dark Flight allows Aatrox to dash to a target area, dealing physical damage and knocking up enemies in the center. It fills 20% of his Blood Well and can traverse many walls despite the indicator's appearance.

Blood Thirst/Blood Price toggles between healing and bonus damage every third attack against non-structures. The healing version restores health on-hit, while the damage version deals additional physical damage and fills the Blood Well.

Blades of Torment sends out converging energy waves that deal physical damage and slow enemies for 2 seconds. It fills 20% of the Blood Well per cast.

Massacre deals magic damage to nearby enemy champions and fills Blood Well for each hit. Aatrox gains bonus attack speed and range for 12 seconds.
