CLG Snakebite: A Look into the Life of a Professional Halo Player

Professional Halo player Snakebite in uniform
Snakebite, one of competitive Halo's most accomplished players, began his journey in 2006 through family LAN parties. His first tournament experience was at the 2006 NY playoffs, where he placed 7th in FFA at just 11 years old.
After competing in Call of Duty with Primal alongside Ace, Formal, and Enable, Snakebite found his most successful partnership with Royal 2, whom he's teamed with since 2011. Their partnership has consistently secured top-three finishes across seven events.
His career highlight came at MLG Columbus 2012, where his team Status Quo claimed victory. He later formed a powerhouse team with Ogre 2, Heinz, and Royal 2 for the first HCS season.
On Halo's future, Snakebite believes 343 Industries is making positive strides but emphasizes the importance of developer-community collaboration. Regarding Halo 5, he advocates for community-driven decisions, particularly concerning gameplay mechanics like sprint.
