Atakhan is a new epic jungle monster coming to League of Legends in 2025, adding strategic depth to mid and late-game objectives. This ancient demon of bloodshed appears in one of two forms, determined by early game activity.

Spawn Location and Timing

• Forms in river near top or bottom lane at 14 minutes
• Actually spawns at 20 minutes
• Location depends on which side had most champion damage/kills by 14 minutes
• Enclosed by two permanent walls

Ruinous Atakhan (Top Lane Spawn)

• Appears when top lane has more action
• Deals damage in constricting rings
• Forces close-range combat
• Rewards:
  • Permanent enhancement to epic monster buffs
  • Blood Roses field for nearby champions

Voracious Atakhan (Bot Lane Spawn)

• Appears when bot lane has more action
• Damage scales with missing health
• Gets stronger as health decreases
• Rewards:
  • One-time team-wide rebirth buff
  • Permanent increased gold from champion takedowns

Blood Roses System

• Gives permanent stacking Adaptive Force buff
• Provides small XP boost
• Spawns in multiple locations:
  • Near champion deaths
  • Around Atakhan's pit pre-spawn
  • After defeating Ruinous Atakhan

This new objective creates dynamic gameplay opportunities, forcing teams to adapt strategies based on early game performance and chosen spawn location. The different forms and rewards add strategic depth to mid and late-game decision-making.
